Welcome to Shinhan Bank Vietnam!

You can update your PIN number for Debit/Credit cards by using Internet Banking/Mobile Banking or visiting our counters.

You can access your Shinhan accounts from 8.30am on 18 December 2017.

You will receive a welcome letter or an electronic mailer from Shinhan Bank Vietnam.

For ANZ Signature Priority Banking customers and ANZ Private Bank customers, you all can also look forward to having the same Relationship Manager service for your account at Shinhan Bank Vietnam.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CURRENT CARD PIN?

Shinhan Bank offers multiple ways of changing your ANZ card’s PIN 

  • Access to Shinhan Internet Banking and register the new PIN (this PIN can be used in domestic ATM terminals and online e-commerce transaction)
  • This PIN cannot be used to do transactions at overseas ATM terminals. In case you need, please kindly visit Shinhan Branches/Transaction Offices to request for a replacement card issuance.
